Friday 11:00 AM, December 25, 2015 Livestream Broadcast
Hello, I’m Doyle Davidson, servant and apostle of the Lord Jesus Christ ministering locally to the Body of Christ in Dallas and Fort Worth, Texas and sent by God to your house to declare unto you the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. Thank God.
I want to say now, we are doing this live, Christmas Day, from the headquarters in Plano Texas, I want to welcome all of you to this live broadcast.
Now, the gospel is, how that Jesus Christ died for our sins, according to the scripture and he was buried and he rose again the third day, according to the scripture.
The Spirit of the Lord is upon me because he has anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor, sent me to heal the brokenhearted, preach deliverance to the captive, recovery of sight to the blind, set at liberty those them are bruised.
The word is nigh thee, even in your heart and in your mouth, that is the word of faith which I preach, if you will confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, believe in your heart that God hath raised from the dead, you shall be saved for with the heart man believeth unto righteousness and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God unto salvation, for everyone that believeth, to the Jew first and also to the Greek, therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith as it is written, the just shall live by is faith.
I want to welcome everyone to this broadcast on Livestream and Roku, thank God, welcome this Christmas day live from Plano Texas.
I want to open this broadcast with a song done by my co-host, Paul Peters and he’s going to sing about what we talk about on these programs that we do, six nine hours per week, it will always be about Jesus and the gospel.
Paul Peters:
“Jesus Paid It All”
June 17, 1974 at the Tomb of the Garden in Jerusalem, God anointed me to preach the gospel to the world; I’ve been doing that ever since. I’m an apostle and prophet sent to the world with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
I don’t take vacations, I don’t have time. I don’t take days off, I don’t have time. We’re living in the last days; I have strength, the energy, desire, ambition and will, to do what God has commanded me to do.
So on this Christmas day, I know many of you are sitting somewhere at home, in a car somewhere, in a building; you have livestream, Roku, some listening device that you hear or see what we’re doing.
I want to speak to those that do not have anybody but themselves. I want to know if you have Jesus; I want to know if you know Jesus. I want to encourage you about Jesus living in these hours. Jesus is alive and well—get that straight—working with this ministry on planet earth. It’s a great blessing to have this.
We’ve been speaking since 2013 about Daniel 11:20- 28; that being the United States of America, presently; moving toward the day of the anti-christ, setting in the temple in Jerusalem, deceiving people and Jesus goes in and destroys him, but all of that is approaching. Be sure of that, we’re living in the last days, of the last days. It’s a great blessing to be able to preach the gospel which is the power of God, which is the gospel. Paul is going to read matthew 24:21, what Jesus said is going to take place during this period of time.
Matthew 24:
21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.
My friends, Jesus prophesied this more than 2000 years ago it’s here, it’s here now, believe me, its present. The world cannot figure out what’s happening, they think this can be turned around. This will never be turned around. The end is approaching. The anti-christ is on his rise; I’m talking about the chief, the one that sets in the temple in Jerusalem. There are many anti-christ in the world, many anti-christ, many false prophets in the world. We’re not false on this program; we’re servants of the most high God, servants of Jesus Christ.
You say, “They all say that.”
Check it out, follow the bible and see if you believe that they’re telling you the truth. If you can read you will find out they are not telling you the truth at all. Because there are people this day the church will be raptured—pre-trib, mid-trib, no. The Church won’t be raptured. The Church will be caught up in the clouds with Jesus, and the dead that are in the graves will rise first, they’re the ones that will rise first, then those of us that are alive, living in the gospel without spot, wrinkle or blemish will be caught up in the clouds and meet Jesus.
I want Paul Peters to read from Ephesians 1:1-14 but before he does I want to tell you I once was a very successful veterinarian, equine practitioner primarily, in Dallas and Fort Worth, Texas. In 1970 I obeyed God and walked away from it to do what I’m doing today. I’m taught of the Lord. I’ve not been to seminary, bible school, nor have I sat at the feet of any man or woman to teach me, but the Father, Jesus, his Son have taught me, through the Holy Ghost. Thank God. It’s a great blessing to have God take you out of your profession and tell you this is what you’re going to do: “Obey me.” And I appreciate God doing that for me.
I’m taught as I said of God as the law says, “all shall be taught of God.”
So Paul Peters is going to read, Ephesians1:1-14 and we’re going to talk about some of these things and some other things, but we’re interested in you that are heading into the days like no other man has lived; tribulations greater than they’ve ever been. My friend it says, “Time is shortened for the elects sake, or nobody would make it.” But fear not, the Lord will uphold you if you’ll believe his gospel, take up your cross daily and follow him, you’ll be fine.
Ephesians 1:
1 Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, to the saints which are at Ephesus, and to the faithful in Christ Jesus:
2 Grace be to you, and peace, from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ.
3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ:
4 According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:
5 Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,
6 To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.
Whoa, do you see that? Predestinated to be conformed to the image of Jesus; Romans 8 will tell you this and because of that you are predestinated to be brought into this and be accejpted by Jesus, in Jesus. I happen to be one of those and I didn’t understand this in 1970, not at all. I did not understand Romans 8: that there are those predestinated to be conformed to the image of Jesus, thank God. You are one of them, you wouldn’t be listening to me or watching me if you were not one of them. Not only that, you have faith in your heart to be born again to receive Jesus, to be one in the Spirit with Jesus, thank God, so don’t turn this thing off, believe what you are hearing; that you are accepted, predestinated to be accepted in Jesus. You got that?
Through all the last forty-six years of persecution and affliction, and I’ve received much of both, I saw early that I’d been accepted in Christ and that has brought me much comfort to know that I’m accepted by Jesus, you can’t get rid of me. No, you cannot get me out of the will of God. You can’t take me away from Jesus.
Now, Jeremiah 5:24 talks about the appointed weeks of the harvest during the time of the former and latter rain. My friends, Psalm 102 talks about when God builds up Zion, he will not despise your prayer, nor will he live you destitute, he’ll answer your prayer. You can find that in Psalm 102. It’s appointed. God is building up Zion, now, the Body of Christ and Israel. Israel is Zion. God is working in Israel and all over the world, putting together, preparing to get the Body of Christ to be brought into one, one Church, the Body of Christ. Thank God, so if Paul if you will read on to verse 14.
7 In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;
8 Wherein he hath abounded toward us in all wisdom and prudence;
9 Having made known unto us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he hath purposed in himself:
10 That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him:
11 In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will:
12 That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ.
13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,
14 Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.
Amen. I believe verse 13 says after you believe the gospel of our salvation, that’s how you get saved: believe the gospel, the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ; that’s how you’re born again, that’s how you receive Jesus, is by believing the gospel, the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus; that is your salvation.
Now you can receive it also, by speaking the name of Jesus, which we will do, but not at the moment, we will get to that later. After you believe the gospel, you are born again, subsequent to that comes the second experience and it’s called the baptism of the Holy Spirit. Here it says that it’s the earnest of our inheritance. I couldn’t believe that was in the bible but it is. Earnest, it’s a down payment. The Holy Ghost is a down payment on your inheritance; you need the baptism in the Holy Spirit.
I never heard of the Charismatic movement. I was raised in john Wesley Methodist Holiness religion and I’m going to be bringing out a teaching about holiness before too long. There are many so-called holiness groups in the world. Most of them are “holier-than-thou.” They don’t know what holiness is, they have no clue. I happen to have been raised in that group of people and I saw the “holier than thou”, but I saw some that were holy and that holiness, you’re going to find out is an inward work of the heart, of the gospel, of the blood of Jesus, of the Holy Ghost, of faith, thank God. You will see it, we’ll be coming out [with it]. It has nothing to do with what your clothes look like, nothing. Oh true, God will lead you to wear modest apparel, but we’ve already taught that. But let me tell you something friends, don’t get shocked. God will save a nudist colony. Did you get that? He’ll also show you how to dress, thank God. Glory.
The Holy Ghost, the earnest of our inheritance, and you’ve heard, and if you haven’t you’re hearing now, on the day of Pentecost, [with the baptism of the] Holy Ghost, they all spoke in other tongues, yes I know the gospel was preached. In Acts 10 the Gentiles received the Holy Ghost, read it, by believing the gospel. It says they that heard the word, the word, Peter preached the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus, and they spoke in tongues, necessary. And then water baptism by immersion. We don’t have time to teach this right now, but these experiences I knew, except the baptism in the Holy Ghost, before I got in the Charismatic movement but God taught them to me as when I was a practicing veterinarian; those verses about being born again, saved, the gospel, the baptism in the Holy Spirit, the down payment or the earnest of our inheritance thank God, and then the baptism in the Holy Ghost, speaking in other tongues.
But I’d received all three, I spoke in tongues, but I was struggling to believe. Pat my wife (who went to heaven in 2003 at age seventy), my daughter Kathy Mai, who is still with me, (I talked to her this morning, thank God, what a blessing), the three of us attended a meeting at Christ for the Nations, Lester Sumrall was speaking. I called Lester Sumrall a brother. I don’t call very many brothers.
Why?
Well, I’m a doer of the word, not a hearer only.
Paul is going to read the words of Jesus in Matthew 12:46-50, [describing who is a mother, brother, sister.]
Matthew 12:
46 While he yet talked to the people, behold, his mother and his brethren stood without, desiring to speak with him.
47 Then one said unto him, Behold, thy mother and thy brethren stand without, desiring to speak with thee.
48 But he answered and said unto him that told him, Who is my mother? and who are my brethren?
49 And he stretched forth his hand toward his disciples, and said, Behold my mother and my brethren!
50 For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother.
I’ve believed that for many years, since early 1970s and I practiced that. I’ve insulted more than one preacher because I didn’t call him brother, but I could tell he wasn’t doing the will of God so I would just call him by his first name, didn’t bother me. People call me brother, almost makes me want to regurgitate. Call me brother and you’re following the devil? No thank you. I won’t respond to your lie.
But I went to Christ for the Nations and I’m not sure when it was, maybe 1973, or 1974, or might have been 1975, but Lester Sumrall was speaking and I hadn’t met him at that time. ( I met him later and he and I became good friends, quickly, we were the same spirit.) And he got up and he said, “There are three people here with unbelief. Unbelief is unreasonable, it’s ridiculous.” Whatever else he said, I don’t remember, but he said, “I’m praying for you,” and the power of God hit my heart and delivered me from unbelief.
Now my friends, I’m going to pray for people that have unbelief in their heart and I expect the power of God to deliver many of unbelief.
“Father in Jesus name I pray the anointing of the Holy Ghost fall on the hearts of your people and destroy, destroy the yoke, break the yoke of unbelief in their hearts, set them free and let them go, in Jesus name, amen.”
Thank God, your heart will be different from now on, if you’re believing anything.
My friends believe this gospel. I know there are people watching me, hearing me on Livestream, Roku, I know that and you don’t know what to do. You’ve been told to receive Jesus. I’m telling you, confess his name with the faith that God has put in you, that’s what I’m telling you. That is exactly what I’m speaking to you, confess the name Jesus (not just yet) after me, but we’re not ready yet. We want to show you some things. We want to minister some songs to you, some songs of faith by the Holy Ghost. By the way, Holy Ghost, Holy Spirit, Spirit of God, all the same, all the same. No the Holy Ghost does not have more power than the Holy Spirit or the Spirit of God. I heard a man say that once and I thought, “What’s wrong with you? They are all the same one.” See, that’s a religious lie, that’s what that is.
My friends you are alone, and you feel lonely. You don’t have to stay that way. You are going to have to listen with your ears to these two songs and then I’m going to pray with you, but first you are going to hear one of my favorite songs from my youth, but it was ministered with a sad heart. But there is a lady here that is a friend of mine and on my staff, been in this ministry 30 years, that’s been delivered from her sad heart doing the “Old Rugged Cross.”
Terre Brown:
“The Old Rugged Cross”
Coming up, a recorded song by Terre and the Browns, one that you’re going to enjoy. It’s a great blessing to have this video ministered on this program, which any time God tells me, I can get it.

“Worthy the Lamb”
Kathie Davidson has a word that she’s going to deliver.
Interpretation of Tongue - Kathie Davidson
(Tongue given by Kathie Davidson)
The Lord would say to you, as you sit there in your defeat, call upon my name, bow your knee to me, say my name Jesus, and I will nail your defeat to the tree and I will bring you out of your trouble and you will glorify me to the world. Amen.
Thank God, hallelujah. By the way, if you don’t know, she [Kathie Davidson] preaches the gospel on our Sunday morning television programs. You won’t hear one better. Well you probably won’t even hear the gospel but you will from her, through her.
The name Jesus no other name, none, on earth, under heaven, none but Jesus; under heaven, none but Jesus Christ of Nazareth, [by which] must one be saved. My friends, this is your day, God has called you to this hour, this moment, you’re viewing this, you’re listening to this because God called you to be there, be here, wherever you’re at, to receive Jesus, receive him.
That is what this day is about. I want to say that I was raised in church, in a home we call Christian, but you know what? On the day the we celebrated the birth of Jesus, we had him in the manger. Well, he didn’t stay in the manger. No! When he was about 30 years of age he was baptized in the Jordan River and when he came up out of the water, the Holy Ghost fell upon him in bodily shape of a dove, thank God. And a word from heaven came and said, “This is my son, whom I am well pleased.” The Father spoke. Thank God.
Well I know he was born, but my friends, if all that happened to him was that he was born, he can’t do a thing for us, but he went to the cross after he was baptized in water and the Holy Ghost, and preached for three to three and a half years. He went to the cross, suffered the death of the cross, went to hell by the Spirit of God, his spirit and his soul, and he was forsaken by the Father, the first time Jesus had ever been separated from his Father, because of our sins he was separated. He was made sin for us; he was made sick for us, that we’d be forgiven, redeemed, justified, made righteous, sanctified, be healed, thank God. With our sicknesses he was made sick, that we’d be healed.
He did all of that! Well why would we want to keep him in a manger? Well sure he was born. But the great time to celebrate his resurrection is every day of the week. Every day and that’s where I live. That’s where I’ve lived for years; I walk in the resurrection power of Jesus Christ and I minister that resurrection power to you throughout the world. Just speak Jesus after me, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus…
God bless.
Merry Christmas and have a great New Year.
