Since 1970 God has
been preparing me for what is going on today in our country. In 1970 and
in 1985 he showed me the following two visions and most certainly today
these two examples are more prevalent than they have ever been:
Excerpt from Jesus Did the Father’s Will:
"Judgment Will Come
In July 1985, I was praying one day, and the Father told me that America could not discern its right hand from its left. He showed me in a vision a tower like the tower of Babel. He told me that the tower represented confusion, and that it was His church.
I said to Him, "Lord, I cannot accept that your church is totally confused." I told Him I needed to see some scripture for confirmation, and He said, “Read the book of Jonah."
So I did, and when I reached the end of the book, the last verse said that there were more than 120,000 people living in Nineveh who could not discern between their right hand and their left hand. God asked me, "Do you think that is confusion?" I said, "I think so." He said, "Well, that is My church."
Then He told me, "I am going to judge America with your mouth." At that time, I did not understand, but 1 finally saw that as the words of God are spoken out of my mouth, judgment occurs.”
Following the sale of my practice, I was living in Springfield, Missouri for a time. My daughter Kathy was finishing her junior year in high school in McKinney, Texas and her and Patti would come to Springfield on the weekends, or I would drive to Texas. In May 1970, my sister had car trouble one day enroute home to Tennessee from Sarcoxie and called asking for assistance. After picking her up we returned to my house and talked and before she left, we prayed together. That day I felt like I was about to burst. The next day I was sitting on my couch and I asked the Lord, “Who do I get with and who do I follow?” I picked my bible up and it opened to John 15 and I began to read:
1) I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandmen.
2) Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit.
3) Now you are clean through the words I have spoken unto you.
4) Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me.
5) I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.
6) If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned.
7) If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.
8) Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples.
Well I knew a true vine produces after what it is and common sense told me the branches would be what the plant is. I knew that a husbandman is a farmer who tills the soil; therefore the Father was the farmer. Every branch that is in Christ that doesn’t bring forth fruit, the Father will take it away or in other words, if a person in the body of Christ doesn’t bring forth fruit, God will take you out of Christ. Every branch that bringeth forth fruit, he purgeth it that it would bring forth more fruit, and I was familiar with the word purge. I had administered castor oil and mineral oil to newborn foals to purge their systems and I knew that purging could be very painful. God was giving me a little enlightenment about what was ahead for me-my heart was going to have to go through some purging. I could see that God was after fruit, because it says fruit is what glorifies God.
As I was considering these scriptures God gave me a vision of a vine, and I saw it was a watermelon vine. But then I saw one of the watermelon change to a cantaloupe, one to a cucumber, and one to a strawberry. I thought, “What an odd vine, what is this”? And as I sat there I knew God was showing me, Catholic, Methodist, Baptist and saying, “Denominations are not of me.”
God led me to intercede for America in 1970 and since that day I have never stopped. The body of Christ must stand and continue to stand, praying and believing. The gates of hell will not prevail against us—we will be victorious.
